Diamond Client Onboarding Process

Thank you for coming on board as a “Diamond” client!

This is a “Done-For-You” Internet Marketing Service where I become your Personal Direct Response Internet Marketer… for up to 10 hours per month.

This page helps us set expectations and gets your program up and running quickly.

Unless we’ve discussed otherwise The Diamond Program includes the following:

  • One x “1 to 1 Monthly Consultation Call” – booked by you as the client as needed.
  • Up to 10hrs of high-level Direct Response Internet Marketing – “Done-For-You”
  • Access to TEAMWORK – our project management tool, this is to communicate to each other and track your project tasks and hours – keeps everyone accountable and everything in one place.
  • A Shared Dropbox Folder – so we can share files in the cloud, hooked up to teamwork as well
  • Access to me via VOXER for more “impromptu” questions that pop up in between our Monthly 1:1 Calls.

From time to time – clients require additional support and training. This can be for sales training, funnel strategy days, on-site implementation days or training staff on how to use Social Media, Infusionsoft or Ontraport. If you ever require LIVE, full day or half day, “on-site” training or consulting at your workplace or my office… please let me know and we can arrange a time and date together. As a Diamond Client you get 20% off my normal full day and a half day “on-site” training or consulting rates. Current full day “on-site” training and consulting is $6497 ex gst per day, half day is $3497 ex gst per half day. You receive 20% off these quoted rates. Travel and/or Accommodation expenses are paid for by clients if training takes place outside of Newcastle, Central Coast or Sydney Regions.

LIVE, full day or half day, “on-site” training or consulting at your workplace or my office is not obviously included in your Diamond Program.

Monthly Budgets for Advertising on Facebook, Google AdWords etc are also not included.

My team and I are here to help you manage your marketing, build your campaigns and create your funnels – which ultimately help you grow and systemise your business!

Here are the next 7 Steps:

Step 1:

Your next step is to book your first “One-to-One Strategy Call” with me.

This typically takes place using ZOOM Meetings. You can join via Computer, Device or Phone.

Keep the above URL handy and BOOKMARK it in your browser.

As a Diamond Client – you’ll also use the same link to book your Monthly 60 to 90 minute calls with me as they are needed. It is your responsibility, as the client, to book these monthly calls.

Step 2:

If we are importing any databases – provide us with a Database List of current clients that you have permission to send email and/or sms marketing.

Must be Saved as a .CSV file inside our shared Dropbox File -

Use the above file for preparing Database for your Email Marketing using Infusionsoft.

Remember if you have Different SEGMENTS of your Database – provide them as Different .CSV Files.

Please place the completed .CSV Document/s in Dropbox.

Step 3:

If we haven’t already – we will be sending you a Dropbox Account invite so we can share files in the cloud.

Dropbox APP is also available on Smartphone and Tablet Devices plus a Desktop version that syncs back into the cloud.

Step 4:

Then you will receive a Teamwork.com invitation from us. This is so we can keep track of all communication inside TeamWork about your projects. It also syncs with Dropbox

Please check with our team before you create new TASKS in Teamwork.com – the TASK section is for us.

You don’t have to log into Teamwork either – you can also do any of the above VIA chrome.

As a Diamond Client – you receive a priority response from me but keep all future communications about your projects and business from this point inside Teamwork.com – Email is not the most direct way to contact me moving forwards as I don’t check email daily.

Step 5:

Give us ACCESS to all your Apps like Infusionsoft, Ontraport, LeadPages, ClickFunnels etc. Place these URLS and PASSWORDS into “TEAMWORK” in the “LINKS” area of Teamwork.

Step 6:

To manage your Facebook Business Page and Google+ Business Page Accounts you’ll need to add me as an ADMINISTRATOR  - use my personal profile “CoachCameron Roberts” – //www.facebook.com/coachcameron.roberts – you might have to send me a request to “like” your pages 1st, then once I “like” or “follow” – you can make me an ADMINISTRATOR – (Go to Business Page > Settings > Page Roles > Add another Person) – my email to search for on Facebook when adding me to your account is “coachcameron@bigpond.com”

I am a Facebook Business Manager so I can access your account via my own logins and create all your Facebook Ad Top-Of-Funnel Campaigns.

Step 7:

While I’ll be doing the grunt work of your project – you might also come across my other team members:

Michael is our Infusionsoft, Website Development, and Social Media Management guy. He’s the geeky coding guy of the group. We keep him in front of the computer most of the time! He’s been with us for 5 years now and has helped build 100’s of landing pages, websites, Infusionsoft Campaigns and digital assets.

Toni is our head coach. He helps co-ordinates our other programs that are not “Done-For-You” – you may speak to Toni if you attend any of our live coaching and workshop events.

Michelle is the next member of our local team. She is also a fully Certified Marketing Automation Consultant with Infusionsoft. Michelle happens to be my wife too – but she’s not just a pretty face! Michelle has helped me build and been an active director of numerous award-winning, profitable businesses over the years. She has business in her blood as her own family has run successful businesses too.

Diana and Jen are our own company Graphic Designers… they are the creative heads of the group. These two wonderful girls help us with creating EBooks, Free Reports, Lead Magnets, Graphics, InfoGraphics, Presentations and the like…

Iran and Manol are our two Video Editors. They help create animated videos and edit other videos as needed. Please keep in mind that Video Editing and Graphic Designs can take a lot of time and can “chew up” your monthly hours quickly so best to be precise on your requirements on these two activities

Expect to speak to Michelle from time to time about your Projects – especially if I am away for a day or two speaking or consulting. Of course, any Monthly Mentoring Calls will be with me personally. Please remember it’s your responsibility to book these in using my appointment link above in Step 1.
